Personalisation

What can I personalise?
Every product on our site can be personalised. Depending on the item, you can add a name, a date, a short message and/or a photo. The options available are shown on each product page.

Will I see my design before I order?
Yes. A live preview shows exactly how your gift will look as you personalise it, so you can adjust it until it's just right.

What photos work best?
Clear, high-resolution images give the sharpest results. Avoid blurry or heavily filtered photos, and make sure the main subject is well lit.

Can I change my personalisation after ordering?
Because we begin crafting personalised items quickly, please contact us as soon as possible if you spot a mistake. We'll do our best to update it before production starts, but we can't guarantee changes once an order is in progress.

Orders & payment

How do I place an order?
Choose your gift, personalise it, add it to your basket and check out. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and other secure payment options shown at checkout.

Can I add a gift message?
Yes. You can add a free gift message at checkout and we'll include it with your order.

Shipping & delivery

How long will my order take?
As each item is made to order, please allow time for crafting in addition to delivery. Estimated timings are shown at checkout. We recommend ordering early for peak occasions such as Christmas and Valentine's Day.

Can you ship directly to the recipient?
Absolutely. Just enter their address as the delivery address at checkout, and don't forget to add a gift message.

Do you ship internationally?
Delivery destinations and costs are shown at checkout based on your location.

Returns

Can I return a personalised gift?
Because personalised items are made uniquely for you, they generally can't be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. If something isn't right with your order, please contact us within a reasonable time of delivery and we'll put it right.

My gift arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
