Returns & Refund Policy

Because all of our items are made to order and personalized, we are unfortunately unable to offer returns or refunds. Every product is created specifically for you and therefore cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please review your order carefully before placing it, pay particular attention to personalization details such as names, dates, and spelling.

EU customers

This no-refund policy applies to all customers, including those purchasing from within the European Union. Under EU consumer law, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made or personalized to your specifications, so these orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.

This does not affect your statutory rights in the event that an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect (see below).

Damage & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. Where possible, include a photo so that we can assess the issue and resolve it for you.
